Good, but needs a minor improvement
This app is great, it gives you all things related to the Hammers. But to make this a 5 star app it needs to be customizable. You should be able to select all the teams inside the organization that you want to receive news from. I personally don’t want to receive updates or news about the women’s team and the app developer should allow the consumer to customize the app that best fits what they’re most interested in.

Good app, but please consider making our own commentary service
I love this app update, its a lot better than the last version. I think it would be better if we have our own in-app commentary service like Chelsea and Liverpool do instead of streaming Radio London though, then the commentary would be supporting us, and Radio London often check on other games which interrupts the commentary.

Love the Update
This app has improved a lot more since the update, the old one would crash a lot. It is now more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. A suggestion for improvement would be to add a wallpaper tab with graphics of the team we can save and add to wallpaper on our phones or laptops.
West Ham app
Same for me it does not load anymore so I deleted it and tried again No success.
Radio and stats disappeared mid-game
Really pleased that midway through listening to the radio coverage of the game, the app’s radio option and match stats magically disappeared. Can definitely say my experience was deeply enhanced through the app ignoring that there was in fact a game going on and that I then missed the last fifteen minutes of the game. This app is otherwise normal so please fix this bug so I don’t have any more really fun times like this again.

Crashes when games are on
This app did work well but now as soon as the games start the app crashes (a bit like the team) so total waste of time other than between games. As a massive West Ham fan I’m used disappointment but this is ridiculous
Poor App
Get a notification 1 hour before KO that the teams have been announced and you go in and it’s not there until about 20 mins before KO.
It has also crashed on me several time and also (like now) you click to open it and it automatically closes

Crashing when there was a match
I reinstalled the app a few times but when there was a match, it would just crash. I couldn’t even hear the match or see the results.
