Never works correctly
Doesn’t let’s me log in, I’ve tried to create different accounts with no success. Clearly glitchy. Love Lee’s, but not a fan of their app.
This app is ok besides the age rating
This app is 17+ and I have no clue why there is No reason for that
Won’t let me sign in.
I tried setting up an account and it said that I already had an account with that email, so I tried to reset the password for it and then it said there was no account with that email to reset. So… I can’t create a new account and I can sign in. 🤷🏻♂️
User friendly app……NOT!!
This app stinks & NEVER WORKS! When ever you put in your user name & password in it tells you one or the other is wrong. I have always had problems with this app!!
Redundant
When you click on “online shopping” it just opens up your browser and takes you to the website. There’s no point in having this app even for the coupons, that’s all available online and at least the Lee’s website isn’t as much of an eyesore as this app. I’ll stick to using the website, this app doesn’t make shopping online easier.

Not user friendly at all
This is probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. It’s in no way user friendly. You have to choose your store every time you log in, and clicking on your store may or may not work. The categories are weird. You can’t just click on produce and add things to your basket. If you choose fresh fruit, there are multiple listings for the same fruit as if no one has edited the app at all. Also, the ‘app’ is a website where you’re given the choice to get the app from the App Store or Google play. I’ve gone back and clicked on the app multiple times trying to get to an actual app, but I always end up back on the website. There’s no snack category (which is a helpful category, especially when you have children for whom you are making lunches). The list is long; suffice it to say that Lee’s should probably look into getting a new developer or at the very least, doing a major revamping of the app.
If you ever do get the app to work (which I have a few times), the people at Lee’s are super friendly and attentive. I’d really, really like to use this app for grocery pick up, but I’m currently using Walmart, against my better judgement, because the app is easy to use. Please fix the app so I can use Lee’s grocery pick up instead of Walmart!

Worst app ever
This app is terrible!!! It’s so glitchy and constantly not working.
Too Many Glitches
I try to login, and it says an account for my email doesn’t exist. So I try to make an account, but won’t allow me to, saying the account already exists. I have no issue logging in using a compute.
Just a Web Container
I do like Lee’s, but this app is a bit underwhelming to say the least. It works, but it’s just a container for their website with a sidebar including shortcuts. If that’s all they did, then a PWA (Progressive Web App) would have been better, considering this is an iff-y browser at best. I’ve had several issues across platforms between iOS and Android using this app. If Lee’s wants to do this, either make it a PWA, or give a serious app. But otherwise, I suppose it works for basic website browsing. Quite underwhelming.
Update: Just took a moment to read some fine print. The app is provided by “BRdata connect”. I hate to say it, but they’re cheating you. Honestly, they gave you a cheap browser with your website in it and poorly programmed shortcuts. I would highly recommend and different app developer for you guys.
Their website even advertises “Mimic the look and feel of your current website”. Not only does no one want that, but that’s just a confession of their lazy programming. Really, switch devs, guys. This is just sad.
