    Found it quite boring

Note to KimTwilight: No cute ghosts!👻😡👎🏻
This game was basically a Macabre archaeological treasure hunt, in Scotland. The storyline was one I could easily follow for a change. You could customize settings. The graphics were quite good for EIPIX, albeit murky and gloomy, to set the tone for this frightening game. Tasks were regularly updated. Inventory was labeled and there were complex items to assemble. Inventory usage was a bit unusual but it wasn’t outrageous. There was a marked teleport map to transport you instantaneously between locations. At certain locations you must find a morphing object; an indicator is provided and will turn green after you collect it. The HO scenes were pretty standard; at least you had a match-3 alternative. As for the puzzles/games, some were ridiculously simplistic and others required you to challenge your mind. Many were rotational but there were a few new ones that I actually enjoyed. Although this game was quite unnerving at times, I really liked playing it. Unfortunately I cannot give it a 5 star rating. I deducted a star for length (even inclusive of the bonus adventure it was extremely short) and also for some touch screen sensitivity issues. Those were not too bad; I had a bit of trouble manipulating a couple of the puzzles while trying to rotate pieces. However, the overall quality assurance level was improved from the last couple of games by this developer. If you like this series you will probably like this game. BigFish, this was a good week! Thank you!
    Happy gaming, reviewers!

  • Could be better

Very dark, not always obvious what comes next but that might just be me. Not one of the better games but still I am carrying on with it and hope it gets a bit more enthralling
  • Boring, Convoluted

Three stars because there are numerous HOPs and puzzles.

Not linear, didn’t know what to do next.

Improved customized settings to a 10 second refresh rate (from 15 seconds). No objects to be found on screens, just morphing objects.
  • Meh!

The graphics were ok but the story line was lacking. I left this game many many times because I was bored. I have no real interest in playing the bonus game and will save it for when I am desperate for a game to play. I read Kim Twighlights' review after I bought the game and I would say that her review is dead on.

  • Very dark

If you like very dark and creepy it will probably be for you
  • Dark

    Too dark
  • Not my thing

Feel more like a mechanic. So far no hidden object puzzles

I like Big Fish games and have played all IPad games for about two years. The map on this game works great. I love the reminder button for the morphing objects on the page. Sometimes I can’t remember if I’ve searched for an item; my brain doesn’t work as well as it did when I was younger. This game got only three stars from me because I will never understand why the scenes are so DARK.

Although I am enjoying the game so far there was a major issue in downloading it. It took me 6 tries to download....finally on the last try I was able to download. Very frustrating...and it was the last chance I was going to give this game. I hope there are no more issues in playing the game. That is why a 3 star rating...need to fix the glitch.
