Great for kids
Learning to spell can be hard until you play Syllablade. It an easy game for four and up. Simple green is true and no color is false.
Mostly Fun but...
I like the game, an easy way to pass some time and not mindless. The word searching is fun, the game play is less important to me. I have a few complaints that take away some of the fun:
The game needs a more complete dictionary. Words that the game did not accept include: belie, Latin, eft, nog. Since the moves are timed, rejecting a good word costs gold. Also, using a word of 5 or more letters results in the game making an announcement, which blocks the game board as you are trying to scope out your next word, with the timer counting down.
I cannot find any explanation of the rules; sometimes I enter a word and the enemy as an example has its hit points raised by 200 points, and my word then does 200 points of damage, for a net-zero effect. I would also like to see some stats like best word.
But I am still playing and enjoying the game. It could be improved though.
NEW THING-I AM ON LVL 72 ON MY THIRD ROUND, GAME IS TOTALLY STUCK. DID THE RECENT UPGRADE, CANT MAKE THE GAME WORK. NO ENEMY SHOWS UP, AND THE NAME GIVEN IS “MONSTER NAME THE LONG”. I AM ABOUT TO REMOVE THE GAME FROM MY IPAD

I️ HATE WORD GAMES
That being said this was actually a great game. Right near the final stages currently. Keep up the good work guys! Don’t forget to buy all the items!!!!! This makes a huge difference.

No clan war rewards! Other issues
My clan “Game of Bones” finished 6th in the war that just ended, and was set to receive the payout for 5th-10th of 2000 coins. I waited until this morning to write this review to make absolutely sure there was not a delayed payout. We did not receive our reward! The only aspect of this game that makes it worth playing is the weekly clan war. If we are not going to receive rewards for participating, then this game is not worth my time.
Next issue....clearly stated in the shop is a sentence that says ads will go away with ANY purchase. Well, I made a purchase and I am still getting ads, just as many as before my purchase. So... not only are they not paying out rewards, they are conning you into spending money.
Last issue....what dictionary are you using for this game? It’s bad enough that we end up with a board of almost all consonants or vowels, but then I try to make a word I know exists and the game doesn’t recognize it as a word, I mean c’mon!

Just got our rewards for finishing 3rd in the battles it said we would get 2000 we got 200 come on fix this promblem please because it would be a 5 star game ty
Suggestion
Anti cheat system pvp maybe quest and a class with elements but hey it’s a fun new test and I like I always get better
Love love love this game!
This is a wonderful, casual, leisurely game. No stressful time limits or lives that force you to quit playing and waiting for a recharge. Just an occasional ad to watch most of which are optional. I wish more companies would adopt models like this one!
