Rubbish app
Worst airline app I’ve used this year. Slow, cumbersome and buggy. Checked in three out of party of four, wound not recognise fourth and then then blocked check in. Don’t bother calling the help desk, they are rude and unwilling to help.JMG972
Embarrassing
Wow. Easily an embarrassment to Air Mauritius. Extremely poor and the checkin facility simply does not work (iOS12) receiving error messages and java script 404 errors. Similarly website offers the same sub-par experience with check-in facility completely broken. Incredible in 2018 an airline has such an important and necessary service in such a terrible state. Would give this 0 stars if possible.Show lessKap S
Just print your boarding pass
This app is easily the most irritating thing I’ve had the displeasure of using.
The day before my flight every 20mins I was getting notifications advertising every flight they seemed to have. Non stop. Wish I’d just printed my boarding pass insteadRay96 A
My booking doesn’t work
My booking just displays a blank page. Not a truely mobile app. Some of the funtionality just redirect to a web page. Disappointing app.Charlie0990
