couldn’t be more buggy
app constantly logs you out while trying to change screens during ordering / looking at your profile, does not save information properly on your profile, and doesn’t save membership information and apply it to your order, AND NO EASY SUPPORT CONTACT INFO TO ASK FOR HELP!!Damon-L

Horrible app. I’m stuck in the house with COVID and I’m trying to order contactless delivery, but the app will not let me verify my Phone number by text or call. I was counting on this service for food but I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.EasyE9416

Can’t use a card to pay for some reason but can’t change my payment method to cash. Every time I try to go to my cart it empty’s everything.Lilcharlienwanda
Very upset
I normally order from Gubers on my break but I haven’t been able to in the past week the app says that they are closed but I work at one the restaurants that they pick up from and they picked up 3 different orders in one day but on my app it still said closed it’s very upsetting that now I have to find a new delivery place I really loved ordering from Gubersjoanne freaman
Closed on a weekend??
It seems like the most convenient times to use the app it says the soonest you can get the order would be days later. What is the deal? It seems like they do not have enough drivers or can't keep consistent ones. And delivery prices are sometimes just stupid high. But if I could use the service when I want and it work good, my food be hot or at least still warm, and be in a timely manner then I would be fine with paying a $10 or $12 delivery fee sometimes. It seems like the company really tried when it first started but now often seems lacking.Levi Hyatt
