We believe in our mission to normalize farm-to-table for everyone, everywhere and we believe in everything you said in your wonderful review. We want you to know that our initial go at building this app was a bit rocky. We wanted to improve the user experience on our app, both from the technical side and from the design side, and so back in March 2019 we put together a brand new development and design team and completely rebuilt this app from the ground up. The vision and mission remains intact - that's not changing. What's changed is that the eater, foodie, cook, and chef all have a much better experience on the bites app itself. We encourage you to see for yourself. Bites rocks!!
bites is currently my favorite app!! i love how easy it is to use and how i get to experience a beautifully made meal in the comfort of my own home:) the newest version makes it so easy to reach out to your local chefs and have this awesome in home dining experience!davara01

Our initial go at the bites app was full of passion, but the technical and design aspects of it didn't meet our own standards for the kind of experience we wanted to provide to eaters, foodies, cooks and chefs. Our vision and mission to normalize farm-to-table for everyone, everywhere remains intact. What's changed is that in March 2019, we put together a brand new development and design team and began rebuilding the bites app from the ground up.
