Worst mileage app I’ve used
Terrible. Laggy, misses trips. No ability to see the whole trip, just the start and end points. Did I mention slow? So frustrating to use.
Lagging. The app freezes slow or does not work at all
Very poor performance and lagging or freezing. Reloading app all the time to try but still happens. It is not working and causing severe time loss and frustration.
It does not make an already annoying task less annoying
It’s clear this app was not designed by people that travel for work. If it was, then it wouldn’t auto log a flight as a 700 mile drive. 🤦♂️
I’ve had to disable the GPS logging. Even when I wasn’t actively logging a trip, the app decided to log one anyway, which became obvious when it logged the miles of a recent flight. I recognize that this is a complex task for the developers, but nobody wants another app to baby sit. Fortunately, you can just turn off the GPS access and manually log your trips. And sadly, this is easier and less frustrating than trying to decipher the collective mess of trips the app auto logs. I just wish they would make manual trip logging easier… maybe utilize Siri or extend the app into Shortcuts, or make a CarPlay app.
Also, do we need to login every time? Face ID is fast, but it just adds another frustrating delay to an already slow app. Nothing in this app is so secure and sensitive that I should need to authenticate every time I open it. I’m already on my unlocked iPhone, even if someone swiped my unlocked iPhone out of my hands, they’re not going to find anything of value in a trip logging app. Maybe instead of making the whole app secure, they could just make viewing the log history secure?

Freezes and lags all the time
It's unacceptable that a major fleet company like Wheels can't deliver a functional app. The constant lagging and freezing, especially with auto-logging and monthly mileage adjustments, is beyond frustrating. For the amount of money this company makes, you'd expect better. This app's performance is so poor it makes you want to throw your phone against the wall. Fix this mess immediately.

Only use because I have to
I use this app to submit mileage only because it’s how my company requires that I do it. The old Motus app we used was much better. I tried not to make a rash judgment but after using the app for 5 months I’m convinced it’s not just a familiarity issue. The app is very klunky to use and the tracking modes doesn’t really accommodate the way I work.

Not a good app
Makes me log in every time despite have a biometric log in. App closes out when I go to open it. A new version is rolled out every 3 months that is NEVER better than any other previous version. Temp passwords do not work properly. App fails to track mileage randomly for no reason. And my favorite, sometimes they schedule maintenance at the exact time as the deadline for submitting mileage. Overall a trash app.

Unpredictable and unreliable. The company that I work for requires GPS logging for mileage tracking and this app isn’t reliable. Therefore, my reimbursement is affected. The lack of reliability of this app costs me money, time and aggravation!!!! Wheels should either fix the app or stop providing the service. I’ve used it for four years now and have had the same results and get the same response from Wheels, “our developers are working on it.” What have they been doing for the past four years? The recent updates have done nothing to make the app easier to use, they just update the graphics of the logo. There are prompts on when I log in to ‘update authorization.’ When I click on it to update, I get “Unexpected Error…”. These types of errors are very common with the app. Again, Wheels provides no real answers. Do something about this, Wheels! Like I mentioned above, if you can’t provide the software for the service, don’t offer the service! I’m sure the company that I work for is paying good money for the service built around this barely usable app.

This app works fine however it is annoying that basically every time you have to open the app on iPhone, it requires updating. Stop updating your app so frequently, people just want to use the app.
Rarely works
Was supposed to be an upgrade from our last program. While the software may be better, most of them it doesn’t actually track. At times the trip log also doesn’t match the log where you actually submit the trips.
