Constantly down and lacks functionality
The app is constantly down for long periods of time and is unable to sync AIA vitality. There is also no background. Syncing of activity tracking to AIA Vitality. I have to open the app once a day and force sync with Apple health for it to record. Please fix this.

Amazing and Convenient
I’ve been using apps lately. Overall I like the apps a lot, is so convenient and I can easily track all my insurance details, rewards and every single information from the application. This apps leads me a lot and it has been really helpful !
Can’t log in
is the ios 13.4 support for this version of app? Seems I can’t log in into this app and pop out as “There may be a problem with network connectivity”. I’ve tried in other phone with diff version ios and it workd no error. Can someone give me clue...Called customer service and they said they updating something for now...Please help thanks!
