This app is horrible. Nothing loads. There also doesn’t appear to be a website for me to use instead so I guess I’ll never find out what my benefits are unless I call! They are good about uploading my prior authorization status, but that’s about it!cmazing

Lots of great content. The ovulation tracker is easy to use and I can share the info with my nurse or doctor.Cant select network in find care
This app doesn't work and from what I can tell the website doesn't have the same functionality. If you go to ‘Find Care’ then select ‘Find a reproductive endocrinologist near you’ the next screen shows Health insurance providers like BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare etc but I cannot click and select one. I used to use this for tracking but now it’s useless as nothing actually appears on the screen. The only page that seems to work is the account page.Allaiya
App doesn’t work
I was really looking forward to using this app. My experience has been that it doesn’t work. There are alot of glitches and alot of the content doesn’t load when you open the app. I did read all of the reviews that pretty much complained of the same thing. Can’t open the app
It’s been several weeks that the app crashes se comes after I open it. I have an IPhone 11 and it it updated to the latest version. And yes I have restarted my device. Any clues on what to do?Cris rs
