Aftershock App/Staff Very Helpful
The app worked great and I want to note something. Unfortunately, when we arrived, my partner had a purse that was slightly too big and security wouldn’t let us in with it. It was incredibly frustrating as we saw lots of people with larger bags than us inside.
Luckily, there was a family who was running the ticket office in the back tent on Friday night who saved the day. They secured the purse for us, we exchanged numbers, and we met up with them after Tool. They really went above and beyond, and we are grateful for them.
Otherwise, the bag was financially valuable enough that we would have had to head home. We would not have received a $400 refund and missed an incredible night. Thank you to that family.

Doesn’t function well.
This app won’t reopen after I close it out. I have to delete it and redownload it every time.
Need Ability To Share Schedules
App looks ok for this year. A little weak, but whatever. The biggest drawback I see is not being able to share my schedule with my friends. It would make it so much easier to compare schedules, match things up, coordinate and plan things out if I could text my schedule, share it on social media, etc.
