Intuitive interface. Great design and thoughtful color scheme. I anticipate exciting things for the future works of this developer. Hydrating sufficiently seems like a mundane task that everyone does, but the reality is most people do not hydrate enough. By simply entering in your weight and activity levels, “Hydrate” will assist individuals in developing the edifying life habit of providing literal life for their bodies.
I got my blood tested about 3 months ago, and my doctor warned me that I was not hydrating enough, and it was negatively affecting my kidneys in their ability to remove waste from my blood. After using this app religiously, I have mitigated this issue entirely.
In short, I highly recommend this app.
