Bad app
I have tried several times to log in to this app site, but it does not work. The YMCA office has not been any help.Tinkly 789204

These people are always going in peoples account and change your personal information for example like your password and email when you are inactive for a while. They give access to your account to trainers I don’t know why but when I return to my account the password and email are always changed. Be mindful of this because they are unethical and don’t follow rules and regulations whatsoever. I am planning on filing a complaint with the governors office regarding this matter because I’ve tried the peaceful approach. I am tired of every time I am in active I have to call customer service to update my information and I am not the one who changed it. I shouldn’t have to go through this every time I choose to be inactive. I like being in nature so that is really why I am inactive but they don’t know that. It’s sad that the people you trust to keep your information and protect it they are the very ones who violate. I don’t know how these individuals even find jobs and have the capability to do such things. I don’t even trust YMCA anymore.Show lessMelanin Malaika
Log in doesn’t work
I can’t log in, I requested many time to reset my password and I never get the email to do it.
I submitted a report and I only got an email requesting me to submit another report / question.

I was using the app then without warning I could no longer log in.
Attempts to change password were unsuccessful. No reset password links were ever sent despite multiple attempts. Yes, I checked junk mail.
