Doesn’t work
Response from developer
I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the app. The numbers on the non-block list come from your contacts. MyNumberBlocker goes through your contacts and looks for all numbers that have the same area code and prefix as your phone number and automatically adds them. So if you see numbers on the list, they are in your contacts. The Reload Contacts button will rebuild the list of numbers that will not be blocked by looking through your contacts, just like it did initially.
Does what it says
It appears to do what it says, although it would be nice if it kept a log of blocked calls, so I could see how much it’s really helping.
The price is fair, glad it’s not subscription based.

Thanks for the review! Unfortunately Apple doesn't give us the ability to look at the call history (as a privacy measure), so I can't add a logging of blocked calls. If you have AT&T's Call Protect app (if you are an AT&T subscriber), you can see all the calls as it records the calls at the network level.
