Lost progress
Love the game. Been playing for almost two months. Challenging levels, but not too frustrating. As I approach level 200, things have gotten more difficult. There were a few levels that took me a week to beat. Learning where to shoot, and the size and shape makes a big difference. But after passing the level, the next few levels were a breeze, beating them after just a few tries.
Logging into the game daily, for almost 2 months, I saved up a lot diamonds to buy several different ball size and shapes, and hadn’t used any boosts yet. So I was sad when the game wasn’t loading for me. I ended having to delete and download the game again. My level progress was restored. But everything else was started over again. Glad I didn’t spend actual money on this. Or I would really be upset.
**UPDATE**
Ever since this new update. Your “Ruby Gift” is 20 rubies. Instead of your daily log in, where you could get a hundred, or three, depending on how many days you logged in. Now it seems like forever to save up to buy any balls. This is just an attempt at a money grab. I’m done with this game. It was fun for a bit. But not enough to warrant spending money on.Show lessDoh_Mar64

Stage 255 did me in.
Hundreds and hundreds of attempts to get through that first, nearly impossible bit, and I only made it twice (purely by luck). There’s a brief, brief moment where you believe you’ve done it.
Then that wall of bricks comes down. A wall you can never get through. Ever. Even if you had thousands of gems and could just remove rows at will (and what would the point if that be?). I’m really not sure what the developer’s definition of fun is or how they think designing this kind of BS is relaxing, but I’m done. These people are sadists. If I could use gems to skip a level I might keep playing but this stage is breaking my spirit and there’s so reason for anyone to subject themselves to that. Delete.Show lessKay_Rock
Earning diamonds is not easy
I really wish after each level the reward bar would give more "credit" to make it easier to earn diamonds and other items to help get through levels. I'm on level 291 and although the levels get harder, the reward bar doesn't increase more. I end up having to play the boring 100 ball level to quickly build that bar up for rewards. Not to mention if I did want to spend actual money on this game, it is way too expensive! Overall I love this game because it's enjoyable and relaxing.Show lessLuff61
