Nightmare app
This app is terrible. It is impossible to use, never loads, often just giving you a white screen when you click a notification; which can last for hours. I wish my kids school would move on from this app. It is genuinely ruining my kids experience of being in school, as we never know what is going on or coming up, so if it’s non uniform or if her bubble has burst or it is a training day, we have no notice of this. Wouldn’t even give it one star.

Brilliant helpful app
Really helpful app. Has made communication between school and parents 100% better. Much better than endless (lost) letters and slips in the bottom of school bags. Easy to use and the team really helpful when I needed assistance.
Hugely improved
The app has had some significant changes. Been great to receive communication and resources during Covid for both my children from school.
Update now!
I can’t even get into the app even after deleting and installing again. Just a blank page. Please update these bugs ASAP

Terrible
Notifications are intermittent and unable to even open the app now I have a new phone. Thankfully my son’s new school uses a different app which actually works.
