Garbage App
Back arrow doesn’t work properly on iPhone 15, no way to remove a device no longer being used, tells me I need to activate a service plan for a device that already has an active one, no way to change the map from 3D image to normal map view, shows one of the two devices in wrong location. Waste of money
Do not bother. I used to have LugLoc devices, but they made me upgrade because of 3G. Bought two new devices and all the service plans. They don’t work. They don’t hold a charge, they have all these different modes and don’t even update. By the time I get to my destination, they say they are out of battery or cannot be located.

Absolutely useless
This device goes into airplane mode as soon as you arrive at an airport . So from the time you drop off your luggage until you get to your destination you will have no idea where your luggage is . In addition you will collect your luggage and about 10 min later you get a notification that your luggage has arrived . A bit too late .
Also even if you get to your destination and if your luggage is still at the airport you started you won’t even know that as it will still be in airplane mode because it’s at an airport .
The only useful time you would need this device it doesn’t perform .
