Not connecting
My premium has been working for the last few weeks with some minor issues where it disconnects. But just today it started not able to connect, The thing just keeps on spinning. And I’ve contacted the staff and I still haven’t gotten a responses yet. Can someone actually fix thisJackT5513

Do not fall for the free 1 week trial
Today I got the app and tried to do the one week “free trial” but it charged me $8.50ejhenrik
The free trial doesn’t work at all
I saw there is one week free trial, so I downloaded this app. However, it doesn’t work at all that I deleted the app immediately. After 10 days, I received a receipt that they charged me $8.49. I didn’t use it, I don’t know why they charge me for a month fee. I’m unhappy with this app.小咩咩不乖

The vpn is not very fast but it’s okay
The main problem is that it sometimes cannot connect me to the servers, and such issue could remain 1-4days. I have contacted the support but there’s never problem fixed..ethancui123

I was trying to cancel the subscription because I don’t need vpn anymore. However, I have tried several times, I have contacted the support team, they do not provide me any useful suggestions and now they are still taking money from my bank account. It's a scam
I ended the free trial and subscription after less than a day. A week later they charged it to my account anyway! The app is horrible, and didn't come close to working for my intended purposes. Deceptive and illegal.Richard Marsland
