Poor set up support
Have tried to setup this eSIM both in Canada and now New Zealand. Besides selling me data, the how-to instructions are hard to find, and when you find them they are not specific to my iPhone and are frustrating despite hours of work on my part. Uploading a photo of your passport and credit card feels like a pfishing scam. Despite that, still no service. Once I get it working and use up my paid for data, I will never use this eSIM company again. Just spent 30 minutes on auto-hold trying to speak to customer service. 😞Show lessGiving up on BNE
Warning!!! eSIM replacement cost 1€
I’ve been using BNESIM for a couple of trips to Europe. It worked well. But when I got a new phone, I was told that it’ll cost €1 to “replace” the eSIM and supposedly it’s company policy. It’s totally ridiculous that eSIM would cost money to be generated and transferred. The whole point is to save money and time by going to eSIMs.
So, be sure that you use up your old data before changing phones!!Show lessdxu286

Avoid scam
Dowloaded app, paid for package, installation in app didn’t work properly, FAQ not helpful, finally installed it manually in iphone settings.
Esim finally connected to 3g, but data doesn’t work. Impossible to look for solution in app without data. Found wifi tried to contact their “live” support but after 5mins ringing nobody picks up and the connection is closed. “Live” chat doesn’t work either.
Bottomline, they took my money but didn’t provide neither service nor support.Show lessHnza75

Great price for data while traveling to Europe. App is very functional and has all of the features you’d want. Only 4 stars because the user interface design is clunky but once you figure it out, things work smoothly.Cam82748292
Stupidly useless, can’t activate without two devices
To activate the eSim they send a QR code. How are you supposed to activate that from your phone? Answer: You can’t.
Better yet, the ‘guide to iOS’ link in the eSim email takes you straight to… their home page.
So if you’re looking to buy some roaming data, don’t bother with these clownsTurrican888
