The app was pretty abysmal when it would load.
You can use the browser on your phone and the experience is really bad, but I was able to unlock a door.

This is a terrible app!! If you can avoid getting a security service that uses this app, do so!! Always takes forever to load and then just to lock or unlock a door from the app, you have to go through 6 different windows. Not user friendly at all especially for a small business.FCFL

Complete garbage
This app along with the hardware are the worst product I have ever used. If I could give it minus stars I would have. The app never works. The hardware is a joke. If I knew I was going to have this many issues I would have fired the installers for using it. A complete waste. DO NOT get suckered into their products.Show lessNickGFY

Poor Design
The app is not user friendly. Have to hunt to find everything thing. Additionally, the app doesn’t work now that I enabled Face ID. It crashes instantly.T.G.A.T.
