It is a good app But I need more time to study the words and it doesn’t have a back and forth talking mode to use and not all times like 7:45

Really great app!

It literally lives up to the name, it’s simple and not too complex regarding learning and I’m picking up things decently already! I just wish the voiceover would talk slower or have a feature to hear it slower.

I need more free options 🤧 (I’m broke)

This app is great for people who want to know a few phrases in Lao! But, as a person who has family who can only speak lao, I would really like to learn everything this app has to offer. But, I also don’t want to spend money on learning phrases without knowing their grammar.

Not Great, “Upgrading” Doesn’t

Speech is too fast and the text size is too small. After I paid $8.99 to upgrade, ads were removed (I think?) but nothing else. After complaining to customer service, the option I was given was to go to a monthly subscription - pass. Their customer service is very polite but ultimately useless.

Very well put together. Organized and easy to navigate. Very useful words and phrases, and pronunciation guide is excellent. Easy to use for beginners or as a “brush up”. So worth buying the Pro version!

Unauthorized Charges

Pretty good app to learn from but I bought the upgrade and have been charged 3 times already for the $8.99 in a month? So idk if it’s supposed to be a one time purchase or monthly because it didn’t say. Regardless going to have to delete so I hopefully don’t get charged more so be careful with purchasing.

A great way to get started with the language

Fantastic for the basics. Been learning Laos with some work mates of mine from the country and it’s been a blast, the app has really helped with vocabulary and listening skills.

Strongly recommend to anyone interested in the language.
