下單四天了，客服都沒有回覆，不知道是沒有客服在確認上面問題回覆嗎？
Great brand but not easy to order in English
I been hooked by this brand in the department stores in Taiwan however ordering on the app or website in Engltis not very user friendly. Support was good but could be better.
