Great concept - just joined
Our restaurant just joined lulu. It was easy to set up and they responded to me really fast when I had questions. We are looking forwards to the launch of the app.

Visited NYC after 2 years, forgot how hard it is to find a bathroom while walking around. Lulu was a life saver!

At first we thought it was just for bathrooms until we had a meeting and they showed us the various ways the app can upsell people that come for the bathroom.

Looking forwards to launch
We operate a series of lounges, and added all our locations after a demo. The app costs nothing and does indeed give us complete control - so we decided to give it a shot during our slowest hours of the day.

We are a high-end burger restaurant and joined recently in December. The reps were very respectful and the CEO was available for any questions or concerns.

Terrible
This will bring terrible people into your establishment. Great idea in principle, but is bad for business. The headache it causes isnβt worth the extra $80 it brings in.

This is a lie, as we have not yet launched the consumer app. No one has been sent to restaurants yet.
