The service is good but the app is not. We booked 40 min in advance and when it was time for our ride to arrive it still said “searching for a vehicle near you”.natchris1989
Don't trust dispatch
When you book, dispatch calls you with an expected timeline. Don't trust it. They told me 30 minutes, and it's now been 90 and the driver still hasn't arrived.

Will not use this service again
Used them lots and recommended them lots. My cousins left my house with one of their drivers. They banged up the truck pretty good at the end of my driveway then denied doing it. Changed their tune when we showed them video footage.
Will use other driver alternative programs. Never again.OriginalCTrain
