So annoyed
I was a few hours into an animation and went to save it, the app crashed and showed my 1st stopping point. A moment later it crashed again and everything was gone. So much time wasted. And sadly not the 1st time. Please update the app. It got really laggy before it crashed on meclumsyninja87
Amazing iOS app for pixel art/animations
I mainly use this app for my game designs.
It is easily laid out, logically coded and a breeze/fun to use. I’ve made countless of assets with this awesome app and best of all? Cloud support! I can access my files ANYWHERE thanks to the iCloud/iDrive integration. I love the layering and animation mechanics and (for me at least) it NEVER crashes. That’s with many apps open in the background. The developer is cool as hell and always checking bug fixes and he is very responsive. Keep up the great work! I love this app and generally don’t leave reviews, but this is genuinely a very good tool.Oo3xLoO

How do I open a document or convert a document back to a sprite I've converted it to a GIF or MP4?Shwaggy_dan

PXIS sprite files are the source file much like a PSD. I will look into adding a way to convert GIFs back into sprites, but ideally you should always work from the PXIS file as GIFs do not contain layer information. MP4 import isn't possible due to licensing :/Selection tool issue!!!

I love the app the only thing is that needs work is the opacity tool. It is really hard to combine two colors with it.nayutu
An iOS app for serious pixel artists
This is as close as a professional-grade pixel art app as you can get on iOS, even rivaling some desktop apps. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star review is a lack of color palette save/import/export options. It forces you to import an image and use the color picker, which is hidden in a forced-touch gesture. Other than the missing eye-dropper tool for color picking, for some reason, there’s no option to merge layers. If you can work around these shortcomings, there is a lot to like in this app, and it’s superior to all the options available on iOS so far.harrymfa
