Export doesn’t work
This is the main function I need. I can do anything in excel. Please fix export.
Horrible support
No one answers or emails you back. The app is buggy and will not connect to Bluetooth on several devices. Uninstalled, reinstalled, power down nothing works and no one will help you.

Not sure what’s with the negative comments, this unit and app worked perfect for our application. IMO it’s a great value and quality product. The app could be improved with a better manual and help screens, but we figured it out within a few minutes. Export to .xls works fine but ms excel complains about file corruption unless you manually change the extension to .xlsx. Graphs and export to pdf work as expected too.

Superheat decimal is off. Instead of 15.0 it will read 150

Bought the tool; looks ok. But the app doesn’t want to work right to use tool. Disappointing.
