This app is an introduction to yoga. We have selected images, sounds, text and animations that will introduce you to the exciting world of yoga, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness.
In the app you will find an animation of the poses in sun salutation. The animation can help you memorise the poses and you can put away your device and make the sequence one or more times.
We have put together a simple yoga program that will help you in a daily yoga practice.

In the yoga philosophy our body and mind are closely connected. The Chakras is one way to connect to emotional and physical connections in our body and mind. Through color, symbols and sounds we can connect to the areas in our body and feel and balance the energy.
In this yoga app you can play sounds from singing bowls corresponding to chakras. When you move from one chakra to another you will hear a sound of a singing bowl and see a color symbol in the area of your body where a chakra is situated.
We have put an effort into making a nice layout with inspirational images and text about pranayama and mindfulness that will introduce you to the large field of yoga philosophy.
There is a lot of yoga types - this app is focusing on Hatha Yoga (physical yoga practice), Yin Yoga (quite and gentle yoga) and Yoga Nidra (a practice of yoga relaxation).
