Always freezes

This app is so frustrating to use on an IPhone. It logs me out every single time I use it so I have to login manually each and every time I open it. Which is several times a day sometimes. Also, quite often, once logged in, I get the circle of death. For example I may have a message to read or respond to. so I click on messages and just get the circle of death ! So annoying 😤

Unable to go back from a page

It’s a great app, but it’s a little annoying to start from the beginning when you want to go back and see the list of things. Specifically when you are trying to make a payment.

SLOW !

The idea is great but it just dosnt work for me, app is updated, new iPhone, full internet and it won’t load anything. Would be quicker to send messages in the post, sort it out ! It’s actually not good enough. It hasn’t work properly for over a year now.

Notifications

On the app u will see that there messages or alerts waiting to be read but it would be great when u open the app if a red dot appears on which sub heading I need to view. I find I have to go into alerts, messages and notifications as I am never sure what sections it’s in.

Annoying

The app always has a badge notification symbol saying 1,2,3 ect about the unread information but once it is opened and read that stupid number does not go. So I don’t know if I either have a new notification waiting to be read or an old one that just won’t go once opened. Be really good if they actually fixed this problem as it has been happening all year since I first downloaded the app when my child started school. Pretty disappointing that they can’t even fix the simple bugs

Takes too long to load a page

Good for communication with teachers, but sometimes it takes forever to load a page. Very disappointed.

Now I know people will be shocked. But I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, cause I have used this app for 3 years and it’s always been alright I’m a student and it always shows my school and events even if we’re not doing remote learning. It has the right school it has a calendar which has all my events coming up in my school ( excursions dress up days etc). So maybe you should change devices cause I use to have XUNO on my laptop and it was glitchy then I swapped to my iPad which is much better.
So don’t hate so much it might be the school or the device your using. Or the school changed your password you never know.

Good but so glitchy

Love the idea of the app but I have 2 kids at different schools and I don’t get any notifications despite having them turned on and the app keeps logging me out all the time.

Worst App!

Worst app as I ever come across with. It's so slow that I neede to wait hours to have something done.
