Dune is REALLY good BUT…
Dune is a refreshing gem in the gaming landscape, offering a calming yet engaging experience. The serene landscapes and soothing soundscapes make it a perfect escape after a long day. One of the standout features is the extensive customization options, allowing players to tailor their gameplay and aesthetics to fit their personal style.
The mechanics are easy to grasp, making it accessible for all types of players while still providing enough depth to keep you engaged. The art style is beautifully minimalistic, enhancing the overall relaxation factor.
However, there is a notable issue with the challenge system. When you beat or fail a regular challenge, the game takes you back to the first challenge, requiring you to scroll back to your previous position. This can be quite frustrating, especially since it doesn't happen with the other types of challenges. I don’t get it. Nope.
I don’t get the point of this game. In the beginning it’s very confusing and they don’t explain the goal of the game. I was playing and it said the instructions on how to manage. Nope. Nope. This is why it is so hard and so confusing. This is why it is one star. They don’t bother to explain anything. Nope. This is horrible and so boring. How do you fail? You just slow down so you lose? They didn’t tell me that. They didn’t tell anybody that. So confusing and so frustrating. Don’t even get me STARTED on the ads bro. There are SO MANY ads it’s ridiculous. Ridiculous and so annoying it’s stupid. There’s an ad every time lose and I lose a lot. I hate it. They already have so many successful games they didn’t bother with this one. Go work at a Walmart or something I bet you’ll be more successful there. Hey these TWO things are what makes me mad and only those two things; fix em and I’ll be happy. Make the game more enjoyable. Those two things make it so much better. 1 explain better and 2 less ads. Thank you! EDIT: I do realize this sounded really rude, but I still agree with myself that it was frustrating. Please I Beg You to Read Before Downloading
Hello readers and or developers, this game was very fun and addicting to me back when I first downloaded the app, and there weren’t nearly as many ads as there are now but some of them were inappropriate for my age at the time but I just dismissed them because I loved the game. I first downloaded it when I was seven and I’m 13 now and my dad had deleted the app and me being a dumb 7 year old, I didn’t know how to download apps so I just accepted the fact that the game was gone. 6 years later, I redownload the app and my dad tells me to stop downloading it because there was a virus. I remember something weird going on my my iPad at the time I had the app such as me being randomly kicked off of apps that usually didn’t do that to me before, some progress being lost on other games, my iPad’s battery randomly draining at a rapid pace, and certain parts of my screen were not working at times. Me being the dumb 7 year old that I was, I didn’t think to much of it but I’m not so dumb anymore so I realize that had I kept the app for any longer, my whole account could’ve been hacked, deleted or compromised. I do not recommend downloading the app unless you like dangerous viruses, ads almost every time you die, and exposure to inappropriate things.Show lessybgtggttg
Love the game but…
I have always loved this game and recently I was thinking back and remembered that I used to play dune so I downloaded it again. After I got it I noticed a few things that were bothering me. Now there are ads every other round which gets kind of annoying and most of the ads are the same every time about therapy. Another thing that is really frustrating is the glitch. A lot of times my screen freezes when I’m playing this game and it isn’t just this game that glitches it breaks my entire phone. Because the game has no sound I’ll put my phone on silent so the ads don’t make noise and I’ll listen to music but the music will keep skipping and stop at random times when I’m playing. Whenever it glitches I try to turn my phone off and back on to see if that will help but not only will it just make my screen darker instead of turning it off but when it does turn off it doesn’t turn back on for 5 minutes at a time and it seems as if my phone had just died when really it’s nowhere near dying. It WAS amazing, just a few things to say
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve played Dune for I don’t how long, and it was one of my favorite games out there. It has just gone downhill a little since the last time I have played. For starters, for whatever reason there are robots, and you have to race against them or something. To me, it just creates stress and a distracting environment. I used to play this game because it was relaxing, and nice to not have to worry about other entities bobbing around you. Secondly, the ads. I get that the developers need to make money, but after every other death, I get an ad. After a while, it adds up and I just don’t feel like dealing with the constant interruptions. That’s the way I delete most games, the constant ads. I do love the backgrounds though, they are beautiful. Amazing game but a few things…
Ok I’m going to start off by saying I LOVE this game been playing since I was 6. I noticed though that it’s gone downhill over the years… like there are WAYYY more adds than there used to be. And Ik it’s literally called the smoothest game ever but it’s VERY glitchy now. Like I can barely play it’s so GLITCHY. Here’s a few things I don’t rly like abt the game… (but it’s still AMAZING) ok so I’m done and I’ve got everything and it’s kinda boring now, I just wish that we had more options like let’s say that if you complete like a type of course (u should add like actual courses than just regular game and challenges) than they unlock like more ball skins or something like that. I also don’t like that it’s like a race now or something and that there’s other robots (or players idk) like I wish you could like have a setting to change that. And I also wish that like you could NAME your ball and also there could be like a game leaderboard. And there’s should be chest or wheels or something. And also i want to have all the challenges be made easier like there impossible bro. Anyway I just want more to the game: like maybe mini games and less adds make it less glitchy more skins and stuff. Anyway I hope you take the time to read my book lol and I hope you like my review. Just a great game, but a few issues.
I’ve had this game for quite a while now and it’s been great. It is what it says it is. It is super easy to install. And it has super smooth gameplay. But with every game, a few concerns. First like i said i’ve had this game for like ever. So it’s pretty old. I tried to play it recently and it was just a black screen that just went on. So i updated it, same thing.
Then i got it to work and it was not smooth whatsoever. I glitched many times and so i deleted the app all in all. I just redownloaded it and at first it took a long time to start then it was glitchy. So maybe give it new software, i’ve never had an experience like this but for this game it’s happened many times. I do love this game when it works! It’s almost like satisfying. In the end it is a good game but in every game, there is something that needs to be fixed. Thanks.Show lessban 2 the jo <3
Great game, but there’s a weird new bug...
I’ve had this game for over a year now (probably longer) and I’ve absolutely loved every minute of playing it! It’s super fun and relaxing, and I especially enjoy the challenges. There is one odd bug though that is quite annoying: for some reason, whenever I complete or fail a challenge, the screen goes white (very abruptly) and I have to tap on my screen to make it go away, and it automatically sends me back to the challenges screen, where I can then re-select the challenge or pick a new one. It used to not do this in earlier versions, but recently it is! So if the developers could please fix this and bring back the old screens for failing/completing a challenge, please do! (and maybe add a feature to retry a challenge instead of going back to the main screen and having to re-select it?) Other than that, this game is 10/10, and I’m only giving a 4 star for the bug. Perfect
This is one of the best mobile games I have ever played! The graphics are good and have a cool style, and the gameplay is very satisfying and super fluid. This game is very relaxing, and my goodness the view. The backgrounds in this game are beautiful. They each have a different theme (desert, moon, or my favorite one which is mountain, etc.) and you can see the stars and a couple planets. On the mountain one the sky turns purple and dark blue when you get a good dive. Also this game has a few ads, but you are not at all bombarded as they are maybe every 4 games, and so far all of them have been rather appropriate. Great job developers! To those reading you need this game, it’s a good time waster and will keep you playing after you waste that time too. P.S. disregard the age rating below, I have no idea what’s going on there, this game has NOTHING that a toddler shouldn’t see. Thank you 🤙
EDIT: Sorry I know this review is really long but I just thought that you might be a parent sitting here not trusting the reviews that say the age rating is wrong, I just recommend downloading this on your child’s device and then looking at it without them so you can see for yourself. Great game but getting lots of lag
I downloaded this game about a year or two ago and it is very fun to play when bored but recently while doing the challenges I have experienced lots of lag. Usually while the ball is up in the air it will freeze a bit and that makes it hard to make landings sometimes. Especially when the lag will make the ball change places sometimes usually lower it’s original position making the “smooth landings only” challenges way harder. Also I have to open the app a couple of times now before it will actually work. Usually I open it and the screen will just be frozen then after about 4 more times reopening it will finally not be frozen. I also can’t turn my phone off or open another app without the app resetting and having to go through the opening 4 times process again. Bedsides that the game is pretty fun while bored waiting or something else.Show less0tter26
