So like I said the bracelet and app are great when it works. My partner got me it in August and we use it every single day. Sadly as of yesterday the app won’t work at all. It’ll open up, show the logo and then nothing, I can’t connect my bracelet, see any buzzes, see our profiles, nothing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, made sure my phone and the app is updated but nothing. It’s been really depressing.

We had a server downtime on Saturday which is why the app wasn't working for a while, but our team acted as quickly and possible and everything was already up and running yesterday. I invite you to open your app again as it should be working just fine now :)
