App doesn’t update
Every time I go on the app it is 2 days behind, come on people I want to see my current transactions.
Does not work
I always get an error message denying me access and telling me to try again later.

Im not able to setup card or register
Cannot Set Up
The app will not activate after entering required info. You get a message that an access code will be emailed to you. Never got the access code in my email. Selected the option to send another code. Still received no code. Checked my spam folder, still no code. Useless. Deleting until RFCU fixes all the bugs people are complaining about.

Excellent app! Lots of options
I wondered at first why there was a separate app for this as opposed to just being part of the regular banking app. But after setting everything up, I realized you get A LOT more customizable options here. My favorite is having one place to manage all cards associated with any of your accounts. I manage my personal and business cards using the same login. It’s great.

Access
I’m not able to login it keep saying access is unavailable
Can’t set up
This is awful. I couldn’t even get it set up. There is a time lapse when it sends a verification code to your email.
Can’t submit my card information
When trying to add my card information I cannot hide the keyboard to submit my information. It is pretty useless for new card holders right now.
Alerts Don’t Work
Installed app because it is supposed to alert you when your card is used. I installed and set the app up. I tried to set the app to notify me whenever the card was used for anything over $25. Every time I tried, it gave me an error message. I removed it from my phone.
