worked fine until recently - now fixed
The app recently started to crash every time I try to view a current status chart. I asked for technical help on their website, but they didn’t respond. On their website they announced a new “premium subscription” plan. I hope this doesn’t mean I now have to buy a subscription to continue to use.
Update - Latest version of the app restored functionality. The app no longer crashes when viewing graphs.Show less901steve

App crashes when trying to view chart
Same issue as the other reviewer. Since upgrading from an iPhone XS to a 13 pro the app crashes when trying to view the freezer chart. The chart shows correctly when viewed from the website. Have uninstalled and then reinstalled but no change. Very frustrating.JumB1234

This worked well until a few days ago. Now the app closes every time I tap on “Graph”.
I am able to see the graphs in a browser, not sure what happened to the app recently.madams828
Notifications don’t work
Notifications don’t work. Spoke with tech 2 months ago and they said it would be fixed within a week. Still nothing. Guess that’s what I get for buying something from China. 😞Yeet man 2.0

There were some initial glitches with the app, but I have watched over time as those have been worked out. Company is very responsive to feedback. I love being able to get all the data on my sump pump right off my phone.SoTiredOfLookingForAnAppleID
