The app doesn’t work
I am unable to sign up for the app. To sign up, the app requires you to verify your account. When you type in the code the app sends you, it says the code is incorrect. Frustrating.
No support
No support if it’s not working properly. Tried email and chat many times and no one answers.
All not available in America???
I was trying to book a class until it suddenly uninstalled and when I tried to reinstall it, it said it wasn’t available in country???? Which is insane bc Ik for a fact most of the tennis classes are located in the United States. I poked at my region and country, and all my settings said United States.

Possibly the worst app to navigate I’ve ever seen. Receipt for payments likely? Haven’t seen one. OMG…
Why couldn't last name just 2 letter？
I could see it’s so silly that when your last just has two letters then it doesn’t even allow you to register a account.
Best app for tennis booking
Has helped me out a lot to find programs for myself without pickup up the phone and I can book them straight away!

I experienced BOUNX at my club and was blown away at two things:
1) How easy it is to make a payment. Contactless!
2) The gamification. My kids love it!

Too complex and asks for too much personal information
This app is very complex to use. All I want to do is pay for my child’s coaching lessons and it was not possible to find how to do it. It asks for too much personal information (my name, my date of birth, gender, mobile, etc, as well as my child’s details).
