Pay to play
I have played since the game first came out and through multiple ownerships. This game went from a fun character builder with some exclusive characters ‘legendary’ that you built towards. And they would release new characters every couple months. Now this game releases 5 new characters every other week and there’s no events to unlock them. You can pay $50+ for each character and that doesn’t max them out that’s just an unlock. They came out with ‘epic’ characters that are completely pay to play characters. Don’t get me wrong they can be game changers but you better have the money to afford them. Cause if not it will be 6 months before FTP can get them. There most recent Christmas event has a great amount of rewards. But you need a certain currency that is only available through offers. You would have to spend $1200 to get all the rewards. I can’t stand destroying a fun marvel game. That’s just the money side. If you want customization this isn’t the game. They release a team you will need and if you don’t have it, that certain game mode is impossible to beat unless of course you pay. Which makes everyone build the same characters up to have twin accounts. There’s tons more to add, everything is sim-able, content either too hard/too easy/paywalled, no rewards equivalent to the amount of time you put in, characters become obsolete 6 months after release, etc.

Great game
BUT, there are a lot of problems. The game itself is awesome. The problems the game likes to present are not. The small amount of almost any resource in the game makes it very hard to build up more than a few characters. The bugs are constant. I don’t think this game has had a moment in the almost year I’ve been playing where it has been bug free. If you want to actually play all of the material in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve spent more on this game than I have any other game in my life. I still can’t enjoy all the content because of silly rules for raids like 100% completion before you can unlock the next Ultimus raid difficulty. This really should be a 30% but give extra rewards for 60 and 90%. A lot of alliances are more casual like mine. Make the game more player friendly. Not just for the people that are in the best alliances. Long term everyday players should be who you are catering to. We love the game, why make us question that. I left another similar game because when I started the pricing on some deals were cheap and worthwhile. Meanwhile I spend 20 dollars on the Magneto gold deal and all I can do is take my Ultron from 76 to 80 and have a little left over. That is one of the best deals they offer but the value of what I got out of roughly 3 million gold isn’t worth it. I’ll keep playing, but don’t keep making it more difficult to love the game.

Greedy Game Developers
I wrote a review about this game quite a while ago. I’ve played this game for a number of years. I just uninstalled because I couldn’t take the greed anymore. The developers make it so hard to progress in the game by having everything cost a lot and hard to get. You spend a ton of coins and resources to upgrade one character (for example, 7-9 million to get a character from level 0-80). They unrolled a new type of gold orb that allows you to get at least 1 million gold but up to 100 million. That was unveiled around six months ago and I have never even won one shard of it. This is one of the greediest games I have played, and I’ve played a lot of games. But ultimately what made me uninstall today was I got tired of breaking myself to building my characters only for them to phase them out for new characters. My characters no longer stand a fighting chance anymore against the new ones as they now replace my current ones - I end up getting destroyed. I work on building the new characters they unveil, but what is the point if they are just gonna get phased out in the not too far future anyway? I’ve lost my zest for this game for a few months now, the only reason why I haven’t uninstalled it earlier was because I didn’t want to let my alliance down. However, I have found that even since the beginning, they never really appreciated me so I’ve decided that it’s just not worth it to hold on.

The devs from Marvel’s strike force
I have a problem with my Marvel strike force game- a complaint you have introduced a few newish caricatures irons zombies and Juggernaut zombies why can they not be skins for iron man and Juggernaut caricature also ghosts rider Robbie he used have a longe chain but with two cool looking stiletto knifes attached but the two ice pick’s looks out of place and there are too many spider man caricature so my suggestion is when leaving up spider man each leaves is a different spider man you star off with the normal looking spider man then you finish with ghost spider Spider man -Big time Spider man -Noir Spider man - Miles Spider man Scarlet spider Spider punk Spider man Symbiotes Spider man 2099 Ghost spider Also my user name is Ted west also you need to have another update because your updated now has a bug that needs to be fixed because I am trying to play the pool part event but it’s kicking me out of the app completely

Crash issues
Hi,
This game has been awesome and ive been playing for 2 months and still absolutely loves it! However, my game keeps getting crash especially everytime theres a new event on campaign mode… i hope this bug can be fixed if possible thanks

Crashes all the time
This is one of my favorite games. I love Marvel and I love all the stories. There’s so much to do in this game. The biggest issue is how much it crashes. It crashes all the time you can’t progress because the game crashes and then you have to restart. I was doing a raid in the game crash at the start of a battle I lose the rate energy and it looks like I never even competed in the battle. All the great individual events to unlock characters crashes the game. I’ve reached out to the company via email and the other in game support and you don’t get anywhere from them. If this game did not crash this would be hands-down the best game in the world. However I dread even trying to turn the game on because of how much the screen crashes. It can crash in arena mode it crashes in individual fans account crashes and campaign mode crashes in raids crashesCrashes in the store. there’s a lot of new stuff added all the time but it would be great if all the bugs and all the crashing was fixed. I’ve updated my device to the latest software I have enough memory yeah this game will always crash and it takes a long time for it to reload. If the game crashes would be fixed this will be usually a five star review but I don’t want to give a five star review just something that crashes multiple times a day

It’s good but…
The overall game is actually really good, there are some really good game modes and the variety plus a constant stream of events keeps it fresh. My big gripes come with resources (material shards, character shards etc) either not abundant enough, or when farming/grinding it literally becomes a grind because the game gave you a different resource to the one you need (for clarity some levels have 2/3 different resources and your reward is partially randomised).The game offers up more to do the higher you are in level but there comes a point where progression through the levels slows right down so that it’s taking about a week just to go from level 55 to 56 and most of the best content isn’t unlocked until you reach a really high level 65-70+ which you can do without spending a penny it’s just very time consuming. Whilst I’m on the topic of spending, I have no objection to using physical cash to improve your experience and also know that it’s through people buying from the store that enables the game to be high quality and free without annoying ads, however I do object to the price points some things are offered at, there is no way I would hand over £99 for something that is just a game on my phone and that wouldn’t even take you close to the top level.

Good game…but…
I want to start by saying that at it’s core this game is pretty good. If you are a fan of the Marvel universe I believe you will have a good time grinding away and collecting heroes.
Unfortunately this game is only for people who don’t mind grinding for years (I’ve been at it for almost three years now) or people who would rather dump insane amounts of money into a silly game rather than move out of their mothers’ basement.
The low rating I have given the game is solely due to the fact that the game has become unbearably laggy recently. It is almost to the point now that the lagging and crashing has ruined what little joy the game provided. Hopefully it will be fixed soon because I would rather walk away from three years of grind than put up with the current state of the game.

loading error
there is a tiny issue with this game that i’m sure will be fixed upon seeing this because you guys are very good about these things so every now and again when i go to start the game up it gets stuck at 34% and wouldn’t fix for over an hour so i went online and was told to delete and redownload the app but if some people don’t have there game saved to a app they will have to start over from scratch and i personally spent 200$ in the first 4 days of me playing. so if i have to keep doing this you guys are going to lose a lot of money this happens to a lot of people it’s not just me. with that being said this is the only issue and i’m fully confident you guys will fix it because you are very capable and as for mobile games i’ve never gotten into a turn base mobile game or any mobile game for that matter but i’m a die hard marvel fan and this is by far my absolute favorite game i’ve ever played for mobile and everything is so smooth this game is 10/10 and i recommend ever one gives it a try. you don’t have to spend money to enjoy it at all but i personally spend a little cash every week just to pay my respects to this masterpiece of marvel history. -Jeffree Johnson

Quality issues
The game in concept is great, collect characters and upgrade them to take on harder challenges. In reality the game has suffered from a number of bugs. The developers do provide compensation (however not always promptly) in the form of in game currency. Until quality improves i will be refraining from spending. Update - there has been a noticeable increase in cost for offers for the game. Spending real money to gain a quick boost will only help short term. If you can tolerate not playing the latest content, and not being able to fairly compete in certain game modes it is possible to play for free. If on the other hand you want the most out of this game, expect a very light wallet at the end of it. To call out a most recent practice - a loot box was recently sold to the community. At point of sale we were not told what the contents were or the actual drop rates - pretty sure this goes against the App Store rules.
