SSR ticket issue
I just paid $9.99 for the daily gift pack that should include SSR ticket. However, I checked so many times but I did not receive it at all. Can you guys please investigate and fix it ? I am not happy because I paid the money for it. Thank you.

First off I’m gonna start by saying it’s extremely fun I love playing this game but recently I’ve gotten back on the game and you can no longer control matches in League matches it’s always on auto play I can’t even watch the animations if I wanted and honestly that is what I did the majority of the time so can you please change it back so I can participate in league matches again it’s not fun the way it is now please!Show lessHhxhch

So I don’t like how you change the leagues games about putting them on auto mode and fast and not letting us play how it was before and I really like how it was too more tickets for leagues games it was 6 and now they are 3 only I really want for the leagues games to be like it was before that will make the experience of the game better like it was before in the leagues gamesShow lessJan231231
Repetitive crashing
This is not a review and in my opinion the game is great, but now I can’t even log in on mobile and it just keeps crashing (this has never happened since I’ve played this game 3 years ago)Jamiejesskai
Lies
It’s a fun game, but they r clearly lying about the 30 million download count... I mean u can literally NEVER find an online game when u start the game and even after three days of improving my team still no online matches to be found 😂. I mean the gameplay is fun tho, the strategies and such, but it is quite a tease with the online gameplay and I wish they could fix the matchmaking to at least allow you to find people online early to mid way through the game. I have now stopped playing as a result and am curious what the people with higher level teams would have to say about that.
I can guarantee there is not even 1 million players playing because I would be paired with at least ONE other person for my first online match, which was never the case.Show lessaderuu

This is arguably the best captain tsubasa game. The game is awesome and if you love the anime you’ll love this game. Btw can u plz fix glitch where sometimes the fire from Schneider is purple. That sometimes happen to the ref too. Plz fix#KarenUnvensored
Manipulating probability
The algorithm is definitely manipulating the probability. My goalkeeper can’t even save one shoot in a real-time game since a few of weeks ago (saving rate is below 20%), regardless which goalkeeper I’m using and regardless how lame the shoot is. Can’t have fun with this game anymore.wang wencheng
KLab is a rip-off!!
DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT purchase dreamballs in-game purchase not matter how intrigued you are. They will rip you off and leave you empty handed. I can’t believe I spend over $60 for nothing literally. Any purchased dreamball does not affect the character transfers in any way. Most drops are duplicates and the good ones comes once in a time.

Bug after the update
