Got excited too soon

Haha saw an app update after years, thought wow they’re back, my ‘smart radiator’ valves might come back to life.!?

Created new account, re added radiators, it kind of saw them but didn’t update.
Then an hour later my login and password don’t work to login the servers.
Not surprised.

App down zero support

The app went down over a week ago.
Won’t login or allow reset - so frustrating. Our thermostat has now dropped back into default mode which I can’t override from the control pad.

Connection error

It’s supposed to control the temperature of each individual radiator but it never does. You set it and then it goes back to being 28 degrees. Disappointing!
