  • iWellness3.0

After using for over a year all of my information just disappeared but my name
  • Lost history from previous app version

Help i have had to update app but lost all my previous history . Not happy . Also why can we not add data manually
  • Eye opening

I took a poop and lost .2 lbs of bone mass. So that’s disconcerting.
  • No longer syncs with Fitbit.

The app is outdated and no longer is compatible with Fitbit.
  • Graph facility poor...

Not terrible. The graph facility is poor. This app could do with more frequent updates.
  • Lost history

The old app was working fine but then started crashing as the new version came in

Instead of doing a new version they did a new app and all my 3 year of data is gone.

Very annoying. Decided to change brand and buy scale from a decent brand who actually cares about customers Instead
  • IDK

I have had this scale for a while and I don’t know but it keeps giving me in accurate weight the app. Not helpful at all!
  • No athlete mode

Disappointed as when purchasing the scales they claimed to have an athlete mode. It says I am 20% body fat when I’m more like 10% due to muscle mass. Please upgrade the ap with an athlete mode
  • Need to add Fitness condition option

There used to be an option to state your fitness level. I went from 23% at 2.0 rev to 32% when I updated to 3.0 rev.
I’ve been exercising for 6 days a week for over 1 year and started at 33% fat using 2.0 rev and brought it down to 23% but as soon as I used the new 3.0 I jumped to 32% while still exercising and eating at the same level.

    Please fix software.

  • Bluetooth connection is lost

I’ve been using the iWellness scales for 3 years and it’s been great. I love the chart showing my history and that I can set goals.
Last year I had to upgrade the app when I upgraded my phone and the history was not able to be converted. I was advised only that I could export it to csv, but that wouldn’t get it into the 3.0 app. So I started again. In the last few weeks I have been unable to get the app to connect to the scales at all. I still have the old phone so I tried with that and the old version of the app and it works fine but the new app just will not connect. Bluetooth on the phone works fine for all other devices. The website is down too so I haven’t been able to get support. If Bluetooth was working this would be a 5 star review.
