Just right!

I’m trying to get back in shape, and Pilates and yoga are both goal workouts for me, but I’m not ready to do a hard-core workout I either discipline. This app gives me beginner to intermediate challenges, with a nice combination of yoga and Pilates exercises. Thank you!

I purchased the stretching app. And there is no sound. I have had my phone checked and there is nothing wrong with it. I tried to contact the site through the app and my emails come back as undeliverable. I have tried to find where I can cancel my subscription but that doesn’t seem to exist either. I’m very frustrated.

Finally a stretching app!

I have been waiting for something like this for SO long! It’s hard to know what to do when stretching and Kira really guides you through. It’s nice to have so many different stretch workouts too so there’s never an opportunity to get bored!

Great app!

I love this app! A great way to take time for yourself and refresh. It’s also great to combine with Kira’s Pilates app to get a full workout!

Great stretches!

Great stretching videos. The instruction and video/audio production are great. Lots of encouragement along the way with peaceful stretching music.

My new “before bed routine”

These apps are fabulous, I have a hard time stretching because I never know quite what to do, this is just the ticket! I also like to do one of these each night before bed, it’s the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day at the office.

DO THIS EVERYDAY!!

You don’t even have to “gear up”! Such a gift to yourself: start the day, end the day, just work this in. Surely you can find 10 minutes or less. It makes you feel so good and bonus: no shower necessary!
