New V3
The new V3 control box and app is amazing. I upgraded from V2 when I found out they had new hardware and it has been a great experience. EverLights continues to update the app with new features and it keeps getting better and better.The_Real_AC
3.0 version lacking many features, clunky
We just bought the Everlights system. We really like the system. The 3.0 version app is really clunky however. I assume that features will be added soon. The biggest one is calendar editing, please add real soon! Once a calendar is set, you are stuck.
Multi-calendar editing is also a must.
Pause and restart a calendar would be nice to enable previewing a new sequence.
When a calendar is set, doing a preview of a new sequence allows only about 1-2 seconds of a preview before the Calendar settings take over.
The twinkle effect doesn’t work. At all.Show lessJaree132

Hi Jaree132, Thank you for your feedback on how we can make our app better! We're constantly working to improve the EverLights experience for our users. We did want to address one of your concerns with deleting scheduled events. If you press and hold on any occurrence of a scheduled event, the '+' icon in the bottom right will turn to a trash can and let you delete that occurrence of the event. Many of the other features you've requested, including editing scheduled events, and many more, are currently in development, and will be releasing soon. Save your money
The app appears to have been abandoned. Two lights went bad in less than 8 months and somehow made half of the lights stay on but with random, uncontrolled color changes. EverLights won’t stand by their product at all and says they’ll charge me to have it fixed. They offered to send a patch kit with new lights. I bought the product so I don’t have to pay people every year or get on a ladder, but that’s exactly what I’m having to do because EverLights can’t be bothered. Super disappointed. Great if...
You are willing to try to connect 100 times and also willing to compromise your network to allow it to connect. I have all of my IoT devices on a VLAN and a separate wireless network but I had to dedicate one of the radios on the access point nearest to this to EverLights because it doesn’t support connecting to any networks with an even semi secure password. The fact that the app has so many glaring issues and hasn’t been updated in over 6mo is a joke. Even as a hobby I could do better, get it together guys!!! I wish I had more time to just sniff out what requests this app is making and build a better app/management tool for it. I do admit when it works it’s convenient and nice but after spending more time with LED arrays and both home brew raspberry pi controllers and my AlphaPix controller I’m about ready to just ditch the EverLights controller. Which is sad because it has its place but I can’t even use it half the time without resetting and connecting it. Also the support link provided in iTunes doesn’t exist.Show lessBorinal

I love these lights. The app is by far the best and easiest to use of all permanent lighting companies. It is easy to make any light a different color. You can make any customized patter you want. The lights look great on my home.Rrewin
Great product, love our Everlights!
This is a great product. Love having lights that I can customize for any season. App is easy to use and works great. Couple of suggestions for enhancements to the app going forward.
1. Optimize the display for iPhone 8, XS, and XS Max phones.
2. Create a way to create reoccurring schedules within the calendar. Right now, you have to schedule each day individually. Example: Would be great to be able to say run Halloween sequence everyday from 10/11 - 10/31 from 6:30pm-11pm. Give the calendar the same kind of scheduling capabilities found in a regular calendar app.
