Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience. It will help us if you can send us an email to app@dineplan.com with your details and your last name you are trying to register with so we can see what the problem is and fix it. There are validation checks done on the fields and it must be rejecting your last name for this reason. This was definitely not done to insult anyone, but rather to ensure valid names are entered. Clearly the validation is too strict and not allowing your name.
Does not work
I tried creating a new account but the app says my email already has an account and that I should sign in. The only way for me to sign in is using a password that I never created. When I asked to reset said password the email they send me redirects me to the sign in page on their website and therefore I cannot sign in at all.
This is absolutely frustrating especially because I have two reservations that I never got a confirmation email about and now cannot confirm.
When I try to rebook my dinner reservations the website says I already have something booked for those dates. So, apparently, they have my reservations, they are just not willing to share them with me!

We can assure you this is not the case as per our privacy policy. When you make a booking at a restaurant your contact details are shared with the restaurant in regard to your reservation and not for marketing purposes (as per our privacy policy). Whether you made the booking via the Dineplan app or another method the restaurant would still have your contact details. It is up to the restaurant to respect your privacy. Please could you email us at app@dineplan.com and forward us these emails you received so we can address this.

We are sorry you didn't receive your verification SMS. Sending SMSs around the world and ensuring 100% deliverability is a challenge that all SMS providers experience. We provide our email address on our app listing and a contact page in our app that allow you to contact us in circumstances like these. If you are still interested in using the Dineplan app, please send us an email to app@dineplan.com with your details and we can verify your account for you. We are sorry that you couldn't make use of our app because of this.
