Not working since last update
Not able to arm or disarm using the app since last update. It keeps coming with error failed to connect. I’ve tried on 4g or even on the same home wifi network

Since the update I no longer get push notifications to the app even though this is enabled...

Used to work ok
My app has stopped working or just won’t allow me to login. Ironic that it states if you have problems to contact them through the app!

The siren times is fine in Uk a siren can sound for 10 mins by law after this a noise abatement order can be made most councils insist on a maximum of 5 mins.
Works as it should
I’ve installed hundreds of alarm good and bad this one does what it says was easy to set up and working within an hour app development still going on so new bits are being added and the developer answers questions so far so good all good for me

Constantly being logged out of the app. When I try to log back in it won’t recognise my email so have to set up a new account without email backup. Also won’t allow me to use the same name to login again.
Does not work on iPhone X
This is a decent app when connected to Wi-fi but will not work on iPhone X when connected through 4G which is useless!
My kite error on 4g iPhone X firmware version latest
Wife and I continually get an error when trying to access our alarm system via 4g.
“Internet connection interrupted. Please ensure you are connected to the internet.”
We have deleted the app several times and made no difference .
This don’t happen on our children’s phone iPhone 8. So it seems to be a problem on iPhone X
Please take a look into this .
