Description of Flowtify HACCP

Flowtify helps to implement obligatory hygiene self-documentation seamlessly and traceably on tablets and smartphones in accordance with EU Regulation 852 / 2004. Flowtify is suitable for both owner-managed individual restaurants and chain shops. Whether it's a country inn, bowling centre, franchise chain, food retailer or community provider: Flowtify has the right solution for everyone! In addition to HACCP documentation, for example in kitchens, Flowtify is also suitable for the quality management of other areas of your business. Whether it is the control of your external service providers, company inspections, schedules for events, cooling temperature controls, maintenance checks of equipment and much more. Create your first checklist quickly and easily using our collection of templates. Due to the intuitive user interface, employees can be trained in Flowtify within a few minutes. There is no need for time-consuming training! Untrained employees can independently carry out tasks they are not familiar with, using photos, videos and PDFs. In case of deviations, e.g. of temperatures, notifications are automatically sent to the responsible persons. The flow of information is shortened from several days or weeks to a few seconds. You decide whether you need an individual signature, collective signature or both as proof of work. Or would you prefer a photo to document a successfully completed task? All checklists are documented and archived paperlessly in the cloud. Since May 2016, Flowtify has been recognised nationwide in the area of HACCP documentation by the "Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Verbraucherschutz" (State Working Group for Consumer Protection) of the consumer protection ministries.
