Poorly designed face recognition

It keep saying “blink eye slowly”even i tried every way possible and why we need to blink anyway

App is Fairly OK But the Customer Care is Useless

App is convenient but their money earning strategy is bad. Allow only 20000 per one transaction so that they can charge 30 or 50 rupees during each transaction. Once I paid my electricity bill, but it is not deposited to the account. Although I call time and again to customer service, they never answer the phone. Although log a complaint through the app they never attending also. Worst in terms of addressing issues. Please do some service to what you earn.

Blink verification does not work

This app has so many faults. It’s not developed up to the standards.

Blink option is useless

Many registrations must be existing because of a stupid blink option that is not intelligent at all

No control of our security.

This is not a good application as we have no control of our own account. There should be a way of change our own details but this app wouldn’t allow you to change any personal details or identification picture even if we do a mistake. Scary part is once you give all your details app doesn’t allow to change a thing apart from the email and you can’t even close or deactivate our own account. It is our right to deactivate or delete our account.
I recommend not to download and creat a account.

Terrible app and customer service

My account has been blocked for several days. And the issue hasn’t been resolved after so many calls to customer service. Badly developed app.

Be Careful!! Privacy Risk

They are asking for Selfie pic and photo of NIC. Why are you guys asking my picture to pay bills ? I am not opening a savings account!! I just want to pay bills that’s it. Our privacy is at risk by joining.
