If you have paid for the subscription and the payment has gone through, we will be more than happy to see if a refund is possible. Dear ssmar123456789, thanks for reaching out. You can certainly move things from brain dump to my day/calendar by simply long tapping on the brain dump card and selecting Add to My Day - this will directly add to your today schedule. The other way is from the details card and selecting Schedule (this provides more options to schedule) Similarly you can also move things from My day into Brain Dump (things you want to revisit later).
