No way to stop daily reminders
Update June 2026. I disconnected the app from the internet it’s sits in my phone with no convection to their services AND STOLL I GET DAILY REMINDERS. Why do I pay for this app? To read books at my pace. I don’t need to be reminded about anything from them no 3 times a day even if I’m not connected to their servers. They have had at least 5 updates to the app since I made my original request to make the already available button to stop the remainders work. Nothing has been done.
If you want to be bothered 5 to 8 times a day with “remainders” please by all means pay for the app.
Daily reminders come at all hours of the day. 11 pm 5 am when you’re in a meeting etc. They haves button to put them off. When you switch to off it automatically goes back to on. I’ve contacted them since I’m ever 2025. They have done SEVERAL updates to the app since then. Unwanted reminders -several a day- come in daily. I want my money back. Stay away from this service unless you want your phone dinging 4-8 times a day. !

Too many push notifications that can’t be stopped
I was excited to try this app for tracking books I’ve read and discovering new titles in the Apple Books store. The catalog is ok, but the app sends frequent push notifications—sometimes up to 14 per day—at various times, including early mornings and late evenings.
Although there is a setting to disable daily reminders, it turns back on shortly after being switched off. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and updating to the latest version, but the issue persists.
For anyone considering a purchase, please be aware that currently there is no reliable way to permanently turn off these notifications. I hope the developers will address this soon.

Keeps me feeling productive
I love this app. Although just short summaries, I do wish we could highlight and annotate so we can look back on what was important to us after the fact.
Keeps restarting half way
I absolutely love this app, but it has a glitch where I’ll be halfway or even a quarter of the way through and then or just restart and go back to the beginning. It won’t matter if I forward it to where I was. It will just repeat. Please fix

Tenho a versão paga, mas estou me arrependendo. O app apresenta muitos erros básicos no player. Trava, reinicia, a barra de progresso não avança, quando pauso e dou play ele as vezes volta do começo ou simplesmente trava e eu tenho que reiniciar o app. Quando preciso pausar e voltar depois ele nunca volta do lugar onde parei. Bad Customer Service
It might be an AI customer service chatbot. I have given all steps I’ve taken to get the app to function, sent screenshots, and every day it seems to reset and ask me the same questions. I have a lifetime membership that I can’t log into on my iPhone. It only allows me to create a new account. Liberar pro iOS 12
Gostaria muito de usar o 12min, mas infelizmente ele exige iOS 15.1 ou superior. Isso exclui usuários com dispositivos mais antigos que ainda funcionam perfeitamente. Para um app que se propõe a democratizar o acesso ao conhecimento, essa limitação é decepcionante. Educação deveria ser acessível, não restrita a quem tem o último modelo de celular. Fica difícil recomendar quando nem todos podem baixar.
