Good game but i'm unable to change regions.
So i'm trying to change regions because i'm stuck in the Singapore region when really i'm from New Zealand. It's irritating me because i'm constantly lagging and i'd rather be playing with people who i'm familiar with, "language wise" and overall without any lag. PLEASE GIVE AN OPTION TO CHANGE REGIONS!!!

About the events in Europe!
This game is really good game I have played it for 3 years and i would rate it 5/5 but there’s some problems that are really really not fair for example the events in Europe server are so expensive that almost only the v badge players can afford it but in West Africa server they have good events and worth the price and many other servers. even though I’m still playing in Europe server with my account free fire and it’s been 3 years, I have almost spent 1 million, but i stop buying diamonds now because even if I buy diamonds it will all gone in vain because of expensive events I’m really tired of it now. Please Garena free fire team i hope you understand and work it please🙏

Only for 10-year-olds and enough definitely
I love that there’s no ads you can gather around with friends meet online friends, and if your parents are a fan of that or you’re not a fan of that then you can just add your friends if have it I highly recommend this game. It’s awesome but the only thing is you gotta buy diamonds diamonds like coins, but we get we own coins in Free Fire coins are called gold and you can spend it on your character and you can also get a pet on a certain level and you can teach them skills hide them in the game if you don’t want to see them in the game so again I highly recommend this game. It’s a great game.

I have a question
I don’t know if it’s my phone or if it’s the game but my sound went out for free fire, every other app my sound works fine but when I go on free fire it’s mute and I can turn the volume up and down it does nothing,I deleted the game and redownloaded it and it’s still happening, I don’t understand at this point so my question is…has anyone else had this problem?? I love the game it’s a rly fun game I would give five stars if it wasn’t for the sound problem I’ve been having here recently, the fact that you can earn gold but it doesn’t do any good because there’s anything you can buy with it because everything costs diamonds and diamonds cost real money, they should make it to where you can buy the clothes and emotes and stuff with gold and only the really cool legendary stuff could costs diamonds and you could win diamonds in competitions or by completing tasks or missions and stuff, oh and they REALLY NEED TO FIX THE HACKER PROBLEM, they need a better security system or sumn because ppl are hacking and they’re literally nearly unstoppable, if they fixed all of that I’d give five stars for sure

How is old players finding panel players very disturbing
It's incredibly disappointing to see the rise of hackers and panel players in Free Fire. These individuals not only ruin the gaming experience but also show blatant disrespect for the dedicated players who have been part of the community for years. The integrity of the game is at stake, and it's disheartening to witness such behavior going unchecked. We urge the developers to take swift action against these cheaters and restore fairness to the game. I have 2 fb accounts connected with free fire , I once clicked the Google and I got log out now when I try to connect with my fb account it only give me 1 account , I also removed the account from my fb and messenger , it still gives me the same id to connect I tried more than 100 times , I could have played in the 2nd account but the level is 2 and my first account level is 74 ( I am 5 year old player) , can’t even login my 1st account now !!

Moderation is bad.
Now don’t get me wrong, this is a pretty good game for low quality. And it’s very fun to play and it rarely crashes, bugs, or freezes. And most of the time your mic doesn’t glitch, but i do have one problem with this. Moderation. Ok recently I got warned twice by “ Sheriff Robo “ that i was being toxic or rude. Which these claims are invalid because i never was toxicity, and any toxicity was just a joke. And the fact that this, “ Sheriff Robo “ can hear my microphone is just creepy. And my friend had to make 5 accounts to play due to the bad moderation.
Another thing I noticed is that apparently there is a score system for behavior, which at first seems very reasonable to help players be behaving. Until you realize the punishments are harsh. These are the punishments based on points:
94-90 not allowed to play in BR-CR ranked.
84-80 not allowed to play in teams
74-70 can’t play in certain game modes.
Now i know what your thinking, it’s not too bad, right? nope. It gets completely worse. Apparently the rules state afk and leaving the game as toxic behavior. And i got 8- points for “ force quitting. “ So that’s why I was warned by this, “ Sheriff Robo “ about “ Toxic behavior. “ Please fix your moderation and rules, this is very unfair to new players and players in general.
If you like to play games with fair moderation, steer very very far away from this game.

Good game but I have one major critique
The main issue I have with this game, is the amount non time-framed items that have completely disappear from my vault collection. Things such emotes, fashion items, and collection items that I earned through Lucky Royale, diamond purchases, and FF Tokens are gone. I’ve noticed that this sometimes happens with updates and new patches and it’s extremely frustrating. It almost makes me want to give up on the game entirely.
Update:
I have a bone to pick about the player survey I just filled out. There was a section about the ‘attractiveness’ of avatar costumes however as a female player I was really annoyed that the selection to chose from were only male costumes. I couldn’t answer that section honestly because it wouldn’t allow me to continue on. It’s great that Garena International want the players thoughts and feedback but maybe don’t alienate your female players.
