I don’t know about the app but I had to call to fix something with my account and card info and the customer service is 10/10. Real people almost every step of the way. I had an automated message maybe one time

Although I’m relatively new to using Heritage I can still say they’re a step above. They provided you with so much information and knowledge. Every encounter is smooth and effortless and handled with first class service . So I’m very excited and looking forward to being a part of Heritage, now, as well as in the future!

Great currency and coins, I would like to learn how to register my payment information so I can bid and also let Heritage know I am serious about my bids.
Recent app update? Not good for iPhone
I noticed a recent hange to the app on my iPhone. Previously it showed the total current bid and scrolling through items was smooth. Since the change there is a delay in scrolling and it does not function smoothly.
Extremely slow shipping.
They take 7-14 days to ship by their own admission, but I read much longer for many. They do not tell you that though until after you win an auction. If you contact them it says it can take two weeks to even get a reply. I wonder if this operation is really just a couple guys working out of a garage. This is way too slow. I complained about it and was told if I send them $30 more, I can get it sent out quicker. That felt like extortion. I won’t buy from them again. I hope I get my item someday…

The app has a lot of features, but one very big issue
When you open the form for live auctions, you are presented with a "acknowledge these conditions" statement. That's fairly standard. What is poorly done is that the button to acknowledge the conditions falls directly over the "bid" button. So if you accidentally hit the acknowledge button twice with your finger, you have just bid on the current item. I can't understand how this got past testing.

Good in Many Ways - Hugely Lacking in Others
The functions in the app are great. How the app functions on an iPhone vs a desktop/laptop is lacking. For example, just trying to scroll through lots in an auction the list gets stuck on one item & won’t scroll through to the rest of the lots. Second, when adding filters in a search you can make all of the filter adjustments in one screen. It keeps on reverting back to all of the filter categories. So if I want to look at baseballs in an auction after looking at bats, I have to uncheck bats , revert to the previous screen, go back in, and then check balls. You should be able to check-uncheck in the same screen.

Why didn’t I think of this!
I am impressed by the many functions within the app and the ability to navigate around pieces of interest. I will send someone if I am very keem or go myself to discuss. Excellent app & not a bit challenging qua feeling small and unimportant- everyone is welcome if they are serious whether they make an acquisition or not. Well Done!

Frustrated by App Bidding & Gap w/Website Functionality
Generally the app slightly better than average but there are some huge bugs/problems with functionality that completely detract from the experience. When bidding, there is a huge difference in responsiveness between the App and logging on directly via the website. The auction countdown clock frequently does not refresh and is not shown on every list of your active bids. This delay also causes the latest bid amount to not be shown on every page. Huge issue.
Also when looking at all of the lots in a particular auction, the list stops loading and gets stuck not letting you to look at all of the items in the list.
If you are competing for a serious item, you should log onto the website directly not the App.
