Horrible
Everytime I did an appointment on the app it didn’t went through their system. It happened 3 times in a row and no action has been taken . You obviously don’t care about the customers . Some of us want to do the appointments on Sunday when you’re closed , and also it’s easier to see the time slots available .
P.S don’t let Anna do any more lashes , most of my natural lashes are gone because she used 6D instead of what I asked 3D just to finish them quicker.
I gave a star extra for Jaqueline and for the girls at the reception as they are very nice . :)
