Worst app nothing is working
It s a shame a company like royal air maroc can t develop an app that can work normally

Imagine with me that you are traveling at 11 AM and you arrive on time and you are told that the plane will be delayed until 4 PM and you wait and after that you are told that it will be delayed again until 8 PM and after a long wait you are told that the flight has been cancelled without any solution or specific time for the flight and you avoid giving the passengers a hotel reservation
Very bad experience even if I was given a free flight I would not travel with them I do not advise people to choose these airlines

The worst service in the world, miss of communication no respect for customers, delay for all the travels , high prices that’s RAM 👎🏻

Don’t waste your time go to the airport counter
After putting in all my information, including passport information, it didn’t send me a boarding pass. I will now have to go to the check-in counter anyway.

I had a bad experience today with Mariam at JFK, hiring new people they don’t know what they doing,
