It’s a fun coloring game but every time you get a notice for new pictures to color you don’t know which ones are new? You have to scroll ( which I’ve been doing the last hour)
Trying to figure out which are new you can never find them. You click on the NEW category and NOTHING comes up. You need to TAG the new ones! Very dissatisfied!

Very disappointed
I had been loving this app until a few months ago. I’ve always had the premium version because I loved having the option to color all pics. Well, recently it started not allowing me to paint them all and continued to ask to buy premium and I would click on it and tell me I was already premium. And when I clicked on restore it wouldn’t let me. It continues to give me error messages and I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied with this app! I want me refund back!

Good game, subscription is a waste
I was looking forward to subscribing to the VIP All Access for this game until it kept giving me error messages after purchasing. Bought subscription: error. Restore purchases: error. Cancel and resubscribe: error. I do enjoy this game, but would more if the subscription actually functioned properly.

So far enjoying this new game and learning to do pixel art it's great
But paid for the yearly subscription and I can’t do them when I click on the pictures as it just keeps going to the payment so I have Wasted paying if I can’t do the premium pixel pictures

I bought this app and it looked brilliant but when I upgraded it to 1 year subscription it took my money but wouldn’t let me get the pictures because of an error on it, sI am down £30 because of this can you sort it out please , I have uninstalled it at the moment

Paid, but can’t open “paid pics”
I paid for a month, but absolutely nothing changed from the free version. I can’t open any paid pictures! There was one change, and that was my bank account is less than it was! There was not a problem process my purchase, but get error messages each time I try to open a paid pic. I have tried toco tact developer, but website that is listed does not exist anymore! I wish I could give it less than 1 star!

Issue with app
I really enjoy this app but I really don’t enjoy the management of this app. Therefore I cannot give it a good review. I pay the full membership fee per year. The first year was fine, then I stopped getting the new pictures. I just kept working on the pictures I already had. Now they have locked some of the pictures, (the nicer pictures that I pay for). Not very happy. Can’t get a resolution to either issue.

Different
This is certainly different from other Pixel craft games! Tricky in spots; but you are allowed to erase if you need too! Finished my first one; excited to start my second one! Enjoy; and have fun 🤩!
Not getting new pictures
I haven’t been getting new pictures for over a month, and I am a paying customer!😢😬. I loved this game and rated it 5 stars back months ago. Then the pictures got less in quality and quality. I started years ago getting 14 new pictures a day of high quality, then 10, then two, now NONE. I like that I can redo the pictures by deleting them from going to “my work,” but getting tired of always painting the ones I have been doing over and over. PLEASE FIX. I have tried to get the attention of customer service with NO success.
Still no new pictures since February, today is May 6. I am a paying customer. How do I get help??? Would like to give the app the 5 stars I originally gave it. 🤯🤯🤯🤯

I have a problem
Amazing! I’m constantly playing this game. But, it won’t let me sign in to my Facebook. I have a lot of art I’ve made (from photos and in-game art) and I really only wanted to login to my Facebook to save it all just in case. But, it keeps telling me there’s an error. Can you please fix it? Thank you!
